Service Description

Explore and engage in creative moments for stress relief, trauma informed responses, mindfulness and other recreational methods for individual and community wellness. Participants may come alone or bring up to one child to these sessions. This a free introductory session so you may only access this session two times to give others the opportunity for the experience. You must sign up below to reserve your place. be specific about what session you are signing up for. Since we are using libraries to be able to bring you this service free, we will not always know where we can get space. Here are the monthly plans: select your dates accordingly. ANY AVAILABLE THURSDAY 1:30 - 3:30 AGENDA 1:30 - 1:40 - Sign in /Meet and Greet /Grab water or tea/Grab tool kit 1:40 - 1:50 - Meditation Exercise (Group Participation) 1:50 - 2:20 - Power Point presentation and discussion 2:20 - 3:10 - Art and Story Telling Therapy ( Group Participation) 3:10 - 3:15 - Closing Meditation 3:15 - 3:30 - Wrap Up BRING WITH YOU- 1- A yoga mat or beach size towel 2- Your own headset with your preference of calming or motivational music/content 3- Your questions, ideas and an open mind ANY AVAILABLE FRIDAY 12 - 2 Story Telling and Play Making - Agenda is the same except for Play Making, What to bring with you : a prop costume of of significance. ( just things from your closet or collection. Don't go out and buy anything.) ANY AVAILABLE SATURDAY 2 - 4 PM Information session and Movements - Wear flexible clothing and socks NOTE: ON Thursday May 16 at 4-6:30 will be a mixer, discussion session for families.
